With our corporate office based in Greensboro, NC, Courage Medical Alliance conducts and manages comprehensive medical research studies in leading physician offices nationwide. We also specialize in the Allergy and Immunotherapy space developing business models in private practices, hospitals and pharmacies nationwide. CMA provides other consultative services, innovative technologies, experienced professionals that will produce positive results in any practice we collaborate with.

Courage Medical Alliance was founded in 2008 by Dr. John Deese.  During this time frame, the world of Allergy/Immunology was one of the best in office ancillary solutions for providers in Primary Care, Internal medicine and Pediatrics.  Dr. Deese partnered with the most successful Allergy Company in the U.S. to allow health providers to bring this service model in-house for optimal patient care and to improve business stability within the provider’s office.

It was at this point, he realized there was a need to continue creating more in-house patient services for office profitability and centralized patient care. By doing this, an independent practitioner could remain in private practice if they chose to or simply build a better business to sell at a later time.  Either way, this model empowered the physicians to have broader choices in their future.

Today, Dr. Deese has enlisted a host of employees who have continued to excel in their education and commitment to excellence.  With the addition of Carmen Revels, Chief of Operations, Courage Medical Alliance has grown to partner with providers all across the U.S.
